Who Is Responsible

Uniflowa data is run by Thomas Steen Østergaard, Málaga, Spain, who is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at info@uniflowadata.com.

What We Collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name and email address, your company and phone number (if you provide them), what your inquiry is about, and your message. When you open the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information to check that the form is not being used by a bot.

What We Use It For

We use the information to answer your inquiry. If an integration partner is better placed to help you, we will contact you first and tell you who the partner is. We pass your inquiry on only if you agree.

Legal Bases

We answer your inquiry on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) and, where your inquiry concerns a possible agreement, in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). We pass your inquiry on to a partner only with your consent, which we ask for separately (Article 6(1)(a)). The spam protection is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse (Article 6(1)(f)).

Who Processes the Information

Your form submission is sent as an email via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes the information on our behalf. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which also provides Turnstile. Transfers to Cloudflare in the USA are covered by Cloudflare's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your inquiry for as long as necessary to handle it and any collaboration that follows, and then we delete it.

Cookies

The website does not use cookies for statistics or marketing.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your information, to request that its processing be restricted, and to data portability. If you have given your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@uniflowadata.com. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or with the data protection authority in your own country.

Right to Object

Where we process your information on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)), you can object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. To object, write to info@uniflowadata.com.
